Before ordering, it is important for our customers to understand that most of the furniture shown here is hand crafted, one piece at a time, from real wood eventhough some of the common items have been pre-made. Depending on the finish preference, the furniture you receive may be different in color than in the pictures. However, the overall design and look of the furniture will be as close as possible to the furniture shown in the product page. Due to number of variety of finishes and special requests, it is impossible for us to display our pricing which may also fluctuates depending on shipping costs, etc. Prices may also changed due to conditions beyond our control. Payment Information We accept bank transfer, checks and money orders. All personal checks will be held until they clear the bank. No order on items will be prepared until we receive the deposit. A minimum deposit can be discussed when your order is placed. Once your deposit is received work will begin on your piece. Your deposit is non refundable once the work has started on your order. When work is completed on your order, the remaining balance plus shipping fees are due. The item will not be shipped until this is received or we can use banks as our mediator. Your item will than be turned over to one of our trusted shipping partners, who will crate it and ship it to you. All furniture is shipped with insurance. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, contact us or the shipping company as soon as possible.
